Online Steps to Register for Voter ID

Every state has its individual website which explains the process both in English and the native language . When you click on the link, you will land on the Homepage, which will prompt you to create an account by filling in your e-mail Id and mobile number. Once this is verified you can proceed to filling FORM-6. This form is lengthy and asks for detailed information of a citizen. Details like your age, residential address, sex, date of birth etc. You will also have to upload a passport sized photograph of yourself, along wit the residential address proof, proof of birthdate, etc. And finally press submit. An application number will be given to you, which can be used every time the status of the ID card needs to be checked.

Voter ID Documents Verification by Booth Level Officer
After receiving hard copies of these documents, the Booth level Officer will visit your house and approve you ID card.
Once you receive your card you will have to check its status. Log onto the site of your respective state, feed in your ID, password and click on the CHECK STATUS tab. You will then be directed to a page which will prompt you to put in your application number. On clicking search the status of your ID card will be displayed. You will require to check the status, around the time of elections.
Step-wise Online Guide to Check Voter ID Card Status
There are two different means and ways to check the status of your voter id card also known as EPIC card and to full-fill the required details, you need to either have your EPIC number or your personal details. Just follow the given below simple steps to get immediate online status of your EPIC card:
